My name is Otis, I am a 10 year old chihuahua saved from DEATH ROW in Van Nuys, I have MANY opinions on MANY things! I don't like people that buy pets from pet stores or breeders either and if you are one of those people I DON'T LIKE YOU ALREADY!!!
